INDUSTRY FOCUS.

An individual had an idea to develop a new platform to serve 4.4 million notaries nationwide.   

Markets Served: Accounting, Lending, Title Agencies and Corporate Professionals.

BUSINESS CHALLENGE.

We were tasked with developing an Online Notary platform that would integrate many different parts required by federal and state law (user authentication, live video and audio, document handling and security, and transaction logging).  But also, make it easy for Notaries and clients to perform the Notarization.   

 

HOW BRIGHTPIXEL HELPED THEIR BUSINESS.

We were able to quickly understand the complexity of the project; gather an experienced group of developers and project analysts; develop detailed wireframes, workflows and scope; coordinate with other providers who were integral to the system; meet an incredibly tight timeline of getting the platform to market; and keep the project cost within estimates.

This platform grew from a startup to profitability within eight months of launching the first phase of the platform.  It has operated almost seamlessly after intensive UAT and bug fixes before releasing different phases.  As this continues to grow, we will be involved with adding new features and functions to broaden its reach and increase revenues.
